Super dirty, inside and out. Debris and trash in the parking lot… mini bottles of alcohol in the parking lot… then inside, smells like someone lit a wet horse on fire. The beer was stale… and the “Famous-Jumbo” sandwich was about half of a half of a normal sandwich. The french fries tasted like they were from the night before.

Went to the Tilton Inn for lunch. Has a huge bar with seating around it. We sat in a booth in a back room away from the bar crowd as they were watching football on the large TVs, and we had an infant with us. Service was very good. I had a grilled pork roll, fried egg and cheese sandwich with fries and a pickle which was delicious. My daughter had a classic Ruben with hot pastrami, coleslaw and thousand island dressing on toasted rye bread which also came with fries and a pickle. My SIL had the lunch special which was a corned beef and coleslaw sandwich which didn’t come with fries. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals.

The food was horrible and the service was even worse! I ordered an Aju sandwich & it was cold roast beef & swiss on a toasted bun with cold watered-down broth. The burgers are an absolute joke, too! “Eight ounce Angus Beef”, there’s more meat in a McDonald’s quarter pounder.

Prices were fair, good size menu but the seafood meals were fried that we ordered. The service was very slow, nice waitress but we were there at a non busy time and took a long time to get our order.

This place has been here forever. It’s got its own crowd. The atmosphere is dark and loud. The bar is surrounded by beer belly guys hanging out. This isn’t a take your date kind of place. It’s a local get a bite and eat reliable stop.
