Drive thru opens at some undisclosed time however I was told by a rather harsh employee that “8 o’clock honey” must translate to “our walk in hours open at 8am on a weekday. Seems like a missed business opportunity considering the proximity to several hotels.

These two young guys provided fabulous customer service with their warm smiles, helpful recommendations, and attention to detail. I frequently go to Tim Hortons in our area. Have always enjoyed the people and food. Today was a really tough day trying to order my food thru drive thru. He didn’t listen and was very rude a couple times when I had to keep correcting my order. I have done something I have never done before I said nevermind and drove thru. I appreciate people showing up I appreciate people trying. I don’t appreciate rude!

I make the longer drive to the Brewer location just to avoid this place. For starters, their never open. Lobby is almost always closed. That’s not a huge issue for me, however the customer service is. The last time I went in, I ordered a medium oreo ice capp and a pretzel. The person that took my order was talking to the coworkers instead of paying attention to me and I had to repeat my order twice. In the past, the employees have complained loudly about making my order, as well as arguing about who has to make it directly in front of me. It made me feel unwanted and it was out right rude. At least complain in private. I hesitate going in to order because of the way the workers act toward me and their job overall. People are handling money and then making sandwiches with no gloves and no handwashing. My meals are thrown together and are falling apart in the bag, if I even get all the ingredients. Food is good when it comes out right.

I absolutely love Tim horton’s. I was so excited to see one located next to where we were getting on a tour. I ordered the blt on a pretzel bagel with pumpkin coffee and a double chocolate donut. Such a good value and friendly staff. Would highly recommend.
