Donuts aren’t fresh. Coffees and lattes are made very inconsistently. Staff has high turnover so sometimes new staff doesn’t know how to make a certain drink like an iced cappuccino.

I’m not sure what’s going on with their coffee but it’s absolutely terrible and doesn’t taste like Tim Hortons coffee at all. Perhaps they need to descale their machines? Better donuts than dunking but that’s about it.

The staff was friendly and the product was okay, but it was not as good as a traditional Tim Horton’s in terms of quality. There was also an occasional smell of trash or sewage in the building which made me question the cleanliness of the establishment.
