This location ALWAYS messes up my coffee and or makes horrible coffee. Ever since they got rid of the Bunn coffee pots & started using the big stainless carafes the coffee just doesn’t taste the same, makes it worse when there’s not enough cream or sugar or there’s too much-never get a happy medium with this place.

I encountered this really nice girl at tim hortons the other day. She had her hair up and wore black glasses. I don’t know where she is from but she looks south Asian. She was so sweet to me in the mic and when I pulled into the drive thru, she had my order made. The bagel was perfect, she even asked me if I wanted it a little bit more toasted. Very friendly girl and very smiley.

This is a gas station Tim Hortons Cafe ,Bad coffee tasted stale order completely wrong order a half dozen of cookies for my co- workers instead of 6 cookies Iy got 4 cookies and they were hard as a brick and some of the workers are rude that’s why I didn’t bother going back. Think twice before you go here.

Not only was the lady on the speaker incredibly rude but everting in my order was burnt. All I ordered was a hash brown and a bagel with cream cheese. The hasbrown was so hard I could bearly bite into it and the bagel was burnt and seemed like they tried to cover it up with the crème cheese. Extremely unhappy with this visit

Staff is rude AF. I was the only person in the drive through and they were asking are you done every time I added something to my order. I told her I’ll let you know when I’m done. When I proceeded to pay they proceeded to give me the wrong order and blame me for it. There’s around 2 other Tim Hortons go to does. Avoid this store at all cost.

I came in for a coffee before my morning shift with my father on the way to the airport and work and every staff you had was screaming and bullying and harassing Noelle to the point were my dad spoke up and told noelle to quit and punch them in the face. The reviews under mine have also pointed out that your staff is very rude, either get new staff or send cooperate in to manage and teach them what manners are and make them watch training videos on bullying and deduct pay if not followed. This place is disgusting from how they don’t clean to how they treat there co workers and customers.
