My bagel came out fully burnt. They’re super slow and seem like they don’t care. terrible customer service. they messed up my friends order 3 times and each time took 5-10 minutes to make a new one. NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN! the picture is the final result after giving it back 3 times.

The negative reviews surprise me. Of all the Timmy Ho’s in WNY, this is the best Tim Horton’s location ever! It’s a brand-new tenant space with reserved parking in East Amherst. They have a great team of quality workers! They do everything right at this location and should be a model for all other locations. If you want an accurate Timmy Ho’s order and you don’t want to wait in long lines, including the drive thru, go to this one and ask for Gah or Jonits.

Warmly lighted friendly Tim Hortons on this corner of Transit Rd and Clarence Center Rd. Terrific crew! Reserved parking for Tim Hortons customers. What is more stays lighted until 10PM! Some locations start darkening the dining room somewhat earlier and lock the door around 9:30 or 9:45 and turn away valuable customers even though they’re clearly marked as closing at 10 PM. I hope you can add more staff so you can all go back to pre-pandemic hours when all were open until exactly 10! This store is doing very well at keeping normal hours

At first glance this may appear like an ordinary Tim Hortans but where this one differs from all others in the service. These were some of the nicest most enthusiastic people I’ve ever seen working anywhere. Worth going just for the experience, the breakfast sandwich was great too though.

Really love it, my friends and family know this is my favorite coffee, some days I have three or four because they’ve stopped and remember to bring me one also. Had the breakfast sandwich with bacon and a Bagel and it was very good. Are used to prep for it on the rolls but they don’t seem to have those anymore which is disappointing.
