Normally we love stopping at T Ho’s for coffee and a sandwich for our drive home to Western Pennsylvania. This visit not so much. The only item we ordered that was hot was the coffee. The breakfast sandwiches and hash browns were cold. The cheese on the sandwich tasted like it was just slapped on the very stale biscuit that fell apart after one bite. The bacon was cold and rubbery. Very disappointed.

Arrived at 7:50pm when they are supposed to close at 8pm. Young girl said they were closed and that she was counting the drawer and all coffee was dumped. I was not the only customer that was turned away. I will no longer be going to this location and I go here twice per day. Very bad business.

Stopped here on a Sunday (10/09/22) 4 people were working and they closed the walk up window. Went through the drive through and waited 28 minutes. Line wasn’t excessively long, just slow uncaring workers.

The food was good and the speed of service was excellent but they did not get my order correct even though they read it back to me correctly. I ordered two meals and when I received my order there there was no hash browns. I asked where the hash browns where and I was told that they ran out. I asked why didn’t you tell me and they said because I did not order hash browns. I said but I ordered meals and they said but we ran out of hash browns. The staff and supervisor were very nice but I left confused and disappointed.
