Food is food. Took 18 minutes to make the sandwiches. It’s full of kids training. Understable. But still has become a last resort for Tim hortons on the island. The other one near the entrance of the island is impossible to get though.

Staff and service here is great! One day the manager remembered what I always ordered and by surprise when I got to counter to place my order, he already had it ready to be paid for. The quickest service I ever had. Thanks the long lines only started due to the pandemic and short staff so I don’t blame them, it’s life right now..

11/29/2022 was given the wrong coffee get it no big deal but when you drive all the way to work find out it’s wrong, go back to the store the inside is closed then you have to sit back in line for 10 minutes at the drive through to get it replaced and the store manager is condescending in manner to you, just makes you even more upset. If they can’t hire people and pay them decent wages to have them work so the full store is open with the profit margins they have then the owners of this location and the other location they sent employees to so thay store could open then they should have there franchise agreement pulled because it’s a no Brainer they don’t know how to manager people or there own stores.

Service is slow and had the same experience what others wrote. The best is, I was due back change, the girl working the window, gives me my coffees, closes the window and is fumbling through the drawer. I sat there for about 20-30 seconds waiting for my change. She finally opened the window and said, “really your waiting for your change”. I told her yes. She got frustrated, took the change out of the drawer and said here. Then closes the window quickly.

Terrible. Waited 18 min in the drive-thru. Then waited several minutes at the window with no one coming. Finally had to leave without my order. Tim Hortons used to be great. Now many times the credit card machine is broken or then don’t have many of the items on the menu.
