I tried to order an iced coffee with a shot of vanilla and hazelnut. They changed my order to a vanilla coffee with hazelnut. And they got abrupt, short n it seemed like insulted about me correcting them to what u actually ordered. At the window the worker barked the total at me, handed me my card without a receipt and then handed me my food n drink without looking at me and started to turn away, i had to kinda shout to ask for a napkin, and he acted put out after he designed to hear me. After all that, he coffee was made wrong and the bagel had so little cream cheese on it. It looked like they scraped it off. I was seriously disappointed all the way around.

Well after purchasing a snack wrap I used the restroom and was harassed to leave or they were going to call the cops giving me zero explanation as to why. I’d give them zero stars if I could. That’s a horrible way to treat a customer. Never going back there again

Took my daughter here around lunchtime. It wasn’t too busy and the staff was super pleasant. Food was delicious and quick! Tried their new Cinnamon Oatmilk Latte and it was amazing! It was also very clean and well kept.

I usually like this location. But sometimes the customer service is lacking or there’s some sort of miscommunication. I just tried to order a breakfast sandwich which I’ve gotten at least 3 different days lately, all in the afternoon no problem. Well, today I’m told they don’t make them after 11 am, even though the sign says they make them until 5 pm. If the policy changes, you should probably change your sign. They were also out of 2 types of donuts I wanted.
