Went to newfane tim hortons this am ordered iced decafe with sugar free french vanilla,and almond milk was awful tasted so bad I had to dump it ,been going there for yrs had no problems .my daughter also said her drink was bad when she went so she wont order from there any more,dont know if they changed something or what but needs to change it back

Took my family here for a Sunday brunch. Exceptional service, especially from the handsome young man by the name of “Derek”. Kids loved the donuts. Great coffee, but they don’t offer free refills. Only other complaint was that it was a bit busy and we had to wait some time to receive our breakfasts. All in all superb establishment, one that I will definitely recommend to all my friends.

We went through the drive thru this morning, ordered a sausage egg and cheese croissant…. Got no sausage… Husband’s hash brown tasted like cherry, it was so gross and had such a sweet flavor to it, granted they are never good but today was a first. Iced capps (we got 2) were both really thin. Not a very good experience. And because we had to drop my daughter off at school then get to work we didn’t have time to go back. Needless to say, we will hit a different one from now on. Definitely one of the worst in the area. Not the first time we have had issues here.

My son and I went to this location to have a leisurely Saturday morning breakfast. They would not serve as hash Browns because it was 11:01 AM and they stopped serving hash Browns at 11. Ridiculous policy!

I feel like everytime I come here the service is just awful. It’s never hey good morning how can I help, it’s always what do you want . Never a here’s your coffee , have a nice day.
