Food was good but took quite a bit longer than it seemed like it should for the amount they were busy. And often seems like there are people working who are standing around. Instead of having the cashier stop cashing to fill the order, why don’t they have one of the people standing around do it? Then cashier could get to the next person in line and lines wouldn’t build up out the door, which I have seen.

I placed an order: one meal and one breakfast sandwich. They completely forgot the sandwich. This is the fourth time since I moved here that various Tim Horton’s locations have made minor or serious mistakes in my orders. I’m sorry to say I strongly recommend not ordering any food here because I’ve never seen one fast food chain make so many mistakes. No one will heed this warning since the drive thru is usually busy at many locations. I’ve lost my patience with this chain and did give a very poor response on the survey listed on the receipt.

I always like to try new offerings when I can. Today I got the Mochanut iced latte and I just didn’t love it. I mixed it well as sometimes the flavor can get stuck at the bottom but it just tasted like tobacco or a cigar, I couldn’t finish it.

PLASTIC IN MY BAGEL!!!! How is this acceptable? You go to a restaurant expecting to be able to atleast eat the food, and there’s plastic in it?? Very disappointing. This location specifically has been steadily going down the tubes.
