The manager Cameron at this location is a total jerk. To his customers as well as his staff. When we approached him regarding the demeaning and belittling tone toward the staff member he was training, he claimed the owner of the store had trained him to work this way. If that’s the case, it’s a true shame and absolutely unacceptable behavior, and no wonder why they struggle to have staff.

Every store is different, but I always seem to have a problem with my order. If I am annoyed enough to call, they do replace whatever the issue is, but it’s a hassle I don’t always want to deal with and usually end up eating/drinking the mistake, and sometimes overpay, like when I ask for cream cheese on a bagel and only get butter… But sometimes it’s not worth the hassle of calling, complaining, and making an extra trip back. ♀️

I went here earlier to order a grilled cheese panini, it took them 15 whole minutes to make and when it came out they gave me the bread which was not toasted with butter on it somehow. AND the cheese was not melted they slapped on 3 hard pieces of cheese. Awful experience and a total waste of time and $5

We went through the drive through and received 2 incorrect items. I went into the store then to get new correct items. I stood there as the only person in line for about 8 minutes with 5 employees. 2 of which were not doing anything. When one employee asked another to take my order, the other employee started arguing with them loudly right in front of me. When I finally received my order, it was wrong again.

had a free coffee on my rewards. kid at drive thru kept scanning and hitting buttons on register but couldnt get my rewards to register. when i paid full price i asked if my rewards was applied, his reply was it was his first day. i asked why he didnt ask anyone for help, he said they were busy, which they were, talking to each other. girl leaning up against the wall, i assume training this kid, turns her head and tells me its his first day when i ask her why no one is helping me. someone who appeared to be a manager, she acted professionally unlike everyone else working, finally helped me and refunded my money for my drink.

The crew they had working the afternoon shift on Saturday is absolutely amazing. I requested ice in the hot chocolate I bought for my kids because I was scared they would burn themselves. They went above and beyond to make sure it wasn’t too hot. True gems!! Would highly recommend!!
