I tried the sunrise and sky’s the limit drinks. They taste good but all they really are, are red bull with colored flavoring. Way over priced $5 for a small cup of these. Feel kind of dissapointed. I know the coffee is good though I will stick to that.

Today July 2 2023 I had a bagel with sausage egg and cheese. First off egg to bagel ratio was terrible there were two eggs the sausage covered not even 2/3 of the bagel. The bagel was just put in toaster a couple of seconds. The sad part the restaurant had only two customers. The food wasn’t even hot. This location should be ashamed of themselves. My husband sandwich was terrible as well. You have lost two patrons for lack of hot food given on a slow as molasses Sunday morning.

Worst service I have ever received at a Tim Hortons. The employees were more interested in chit chatting than working, and no I don’t mind talking with co-workers while they work but full on stopping all work and standing around. They got everything in my order, but 1 thing wrong. They gave me a coffee instead of a tea and when I asked for them to correct it, I still received another coffee instead of a tea as if they are not even listening. My sandwich was bacon instead of sausage and my oreo ice capp was a caramel ice capp. I have never been this disappointed in service ever

This was on my sandwich the other day. Who would cut a piece of tomato like that, look at it and think “hmm, yeah, that looks edible”? It ruined my entire appetite. And the time before this, the cheese was old, discolored and hard. Disgusting.

This location has people who severely skimp on the cream cheese part of a cream cheese bagel. Tell me how this is acceptable. There is probably a tablespoon of cream cheese on the whole bagel. Give people what they pay for! It’s not coming out of your pocket! If you don’t care about your job then leave! Stop stealing people’s money.
