Very Very fast food preparation. Food always tastes good but rarely looks good. Flattened croissants, smooshed donuts etc. Coffee is nearly always handed to me with drips and loose lid. Oh well, I wipe my cup and push down the lid before driving away.

This location has the same issue as all the other tim Hortons near the east side/Amherst, rude drive thru workers and a drive thru attendant that cannot understand or speak english well. At least put something fluent in english at the drive thru. They constantly screw up my orders and omit items than hurry you through so you don’t notice.

We wanted 2 number 9s, exactly the same. Literally just as the screen says. An everything bagel with cheese, bacon and egg. 1 was everything and the other was plain. Not what we ordered. One coffee came out black one had cream and sugar. Not what we ordered. We both wanted coffee with CREAM AND SUGAR. We sent one back and they Literally just put cream in it and not sugar. We got back to the place we’re staying at and our food was cold. We had to microwave it. I’ve been to countless Tim Hortons and I’ve never had such a terrible experience until now.

SO SICK OF TIM HORTONS SERVING YESTERDAYS UNSOLD BAGELS… just what I want omw to work is a rock hard frigin bagel sandwich… we ALL know (especially by the college) that this particular Tim’s is VERY busy… so why the heck am I forced to try and choke down a $6 hockey puck at 7:30 in the morning!??smh.. no breakfast for me today I guess!!
