I’ve gone to this Tim Hortons about 5 times and they’ve messed up my order every single time. It’s my fault for going back. This morning I paid extra for extra sausage and bacon on my sandwich and when I get home there was no meat on the sandwich. My wife asked for chive cream cheese and they gave her regular cream cheese with barely any cream cheese at all. Do yourself a favor and find another Tim Hortons .

There was dried feces all over the toilet in the ladies room, I told the cashier the ladies room needs attention ASAP and her response was ya ok what can I get you today, we placed our order and she continued with the drive thru and completely ignored the fact I brought it to her attention. There was 1 car in the drive thru and 1 customer at a table it wasn’t a busy time to wear someone could have taken care of the facilities

The staff was super unpleasant, the wait was crazy and don’t get me wrong I’ve worked in fast food I understand it’s not easy and always an in and out but that was absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention they constantly mess up on orders. They repeated my order back to me but when it was time to get my coffee and food all that was checked out was my coffee and then they had the nerve to be snippy with me when I said nevermind about the food because I was in a rush and was expecting after 25 minutes they would have had a bagel ready. Will not be visiting this location again.

Best Tim Horton’s around! The place is always clean along with their staff. The food and beverages are always right even though I order both a special way. Management and staff are super nice even at 5am. You can’t ask for a better place to grab some food and coffee in the morning or anytime.

The food was good except someone else got our order and the woman that brings it to the counter was very irritated and treated us as if it was our fault. She seemed angry that another order had to be made and it was only 2 breakfast sandwiches. Plus many of the tables were dirty. Had to clean our table ourselves.
