This partially why I don’t typically patronize Tim Hortons… service is terrible, even if you’re chipper and kind its rarely returned especially inside the store. It’s sad to see workers so unhappy I was offered whip cream and instead I get salt of an attitude and no whip. I don’t understand, I’m in the service industry myself. No receipt so I can’t complain or prove anything.

Food items like sandwiches stop at 630pm at this location. This would have been good to know ahead of time. My order was accepted at 725pm in the app for a mobile order but when I arrived at 730pm I was told no food. Also frustrating is that the store can’t provide refunds for mobile orders and customer support in the app can only issue points.

I’ve been coming here on the regular since it lines up with my drive. This place is in the running for the best service of any location in the area. They’re like clockwork. The drive-thru line moves at a steady pace even on the busiest of days. And the mobile order is always ready. Can’t say it enough! I’d give them more stars if I could!
