I went on 7/3/23 at 2:20pm and there is a sign on the door saying they close at 3pm today and 2pm tomorrow which is okay but when I got out to go in the door is locked and couldn’t get in to see what I wanted instead of waiting in line. Don’t get me wrong the place is great but don’t put a sign up saying you close at 3 and the door is locked at 2:20 and it didn’t specify closed on the inside or outside at said time.

I live very close to this location and I’m getting frustrated because my order is consistently wrong when I go here, and if not wrong, extremely low quality. I tried calling to get a refund on a bacon egg and cheese bagel I ordered since I got a sandwich with turkey on it instead, AND my coffee that came out completely wrong and no one’s answering the phone and I’m across town now. People are busy and are on their way to their HARD WORKING jobs and the LEAST you can do is get their food right but you fail every time. So sick of wasting my money at this location out of “convenience”.

The place is never open through Dine in. They always have the doors locked. The workers make there own hours instead of keeping to the business hours. The workers are lazy and do not take their job seriously. We do not drive so access to the drive thru is not an option… Something needs to be done to serve everyone in this community not just drivers… Management needs to go on an permanent vacation… This used to be my favorite Tim Hortons had the best workers. Those workers have left to go to toher jobs and now it is simply upsetting things have gone for the worse.

Terrible experience, people do not know their laws. I had a gift card with under 5$ on it, the new law insists you can take the money off the gift card if under 5$ , manager argued with me and said that is not true when the law just passed December 10th, this place is trash and does not read up on laws.

I’m usually a regular customer at this location but I feel something needs to be said. There have been multiple occasions recently where my orders in the drive-thru have been messed up and no one wants to take responsibility. This usually happens when they are talking to each other about personal things and not paying attention to what the customer is ordering. At the very least, try and get the order right and don’t complain when a customer comes back when their order is wrong!

If I could give zero I would. Was in drive thru to get my elderly mom chili at 12 noon. They said there was a shortage at warehouse and there was none. So I’m waiting trapped in-line decided to call other Tim’s. There’s no shortage. These kids are just plain LAZY . They sit around and thier cell phones snd do zero to make 15 an hour. 6 people inthere and I have to spend 35 min in a. Drive thru for something they didn’t feel like making that morning. Don’t use this Tim’s. The other ones are way better . The Tim’s name should not be on this place. Read all the horrible reviews !!
