I have never seen and heard a ruder person in my life… older woman attact a young mam because he didn’t say black coffee she slammed her hand down ” did you want cream and sugar.” He said no, she wouldn’t let him finniish talking . How he’ll do I no what you want if you do no.”The man didn’t answer, just stared at her in disbelief she glared at him and slammed his coffee down. I do think as he walked out, he said something to another employee. She was horrible. I was so embarrassed I saw their car they were from out west… she needs retraining and to learn some serious respect. The customer isn’t always right. Not in this case…

Got there maybe an hour before closing. Two members on staff. Neither said one word to me during the entire visit. They didn’t seem like they wanted to be there. Were rather rude tbh. When a patron says hello and is ignored. When paying and staff doesn’t tell the patron the price and doesn’t give them a receipt. Then when the patron thanks the staff and is ignored once again. I imagine the two of them had some wager going on to see if they can get through a customer without saying a single word. It was just weird and very rude. Those two should be immediately terminated. They don’t belong in the service industry. The chicken wrap I got tasted ok, though wasn’t hot enough. The place was absolutely empty of customers yet there were several tables with trash on it that weren’t cleaned off.

Stayed next door for a hockey tournament. Staff prioritizes the drive through so going in to order takes a lot longer. Staff wasn’t friendly but not mean. I’m Canadian and we’re used to more friendly service, but otherwise, no real complaints. Cheers.

DO NOT GET ICE CAPPS FROM THIS LOCATION. They taste terrible, so bad my tongue was tingling. I asked another Tims why and it means they don’t clean their machine, and they only need to clean it once a week to avoid this. Literally soured. Food ordered was also cold. Worst Tims I’ve ever been to.
