I go to a lot of Tim Hortons on a daily basis…. I’ve been coming to this one for about a week and a half now. That’s super lazy to make latte. They said machine cleaned. There is no sign after this time we don’t make any special cappuccino or latte . I work cafe many many years. Clean the machine does not take more than one minute or so.

The young man at the counter burnt my hand with my coffee the lid was not all the way on he was mad because I asked him for fresh coffee because by Tim Hortons company Sanders if the coffee pot is blinking red you are supposed to discard the coffee and get new coffee he got mad at me chose to fling the cup of coffee at me burning me spilling it on the counter like that doesn’t acceptable and I will be calling corporate

This Tim Hortons needs to replace the upholstery on their booths. They are worn down, and the one in the corner has a large gash in it that can cut your skin. It’s hard to believe that the owners don’t put money back into this place. Your customers deserve more than that.
