Drove thru for morning coffee, ordered black ice coffee with shot of espresso. Got to work and 3/4ths through coffee and noticed chunks in my coffee and to my horror realized it was chunks of mold. This is beyond disgusting.

Tim Hortons on Union and George urban was labeled as being open until 10 pm on a Friday. We were there at 9:08 and got no service even though we saw a young lady inside. We honked our horn and still received zero service. Another customer was also trying to get service as well through the drive through and was eagerly ignored.

I went with my mom for a coffee around 9:15pm. 45 minutes before they close. We waited in line at the drive through for 5 minutes till we decided to go to the window to see if anyone was even inside. Turns out no one was even in there and as we pull around we see 5 people outside in the parking lot. Why would you say you close at 10 but leave at 9??

We just placed a mobile order an hour and 15 minutes before they closed and when we pulled up to the drive thru speaker and no one talked to us so finally we just pulled up to the window and the worker just shook his head “no” at us. Didn’t open the window, didn’t talk to us at all. Just stood a few feet away fron the window and keep shaking his head no. My husband tried to tell him that we placed a mobile order and the worker just ignored him.

Honestly I think they’ve only missed up my order once, besides that, friendly, quick staff serving freshly food whether it’s breakfast or lunch. I constantly go there when I’m in that area and no complaints so far from my end.

I ordered from this location yesterday I ordered the turkey bacon sandwich combo I asked what can I get for a side she said chips muffin or donut I said chips didn’t ask what I wanted for a drink figured they would ask at window I also ordered the egg cheese and bacon on a English muffin combo I asked what I could get for a side offered same as the other meal I asked what size coffee came with it she said medium I said ok one and one she said ok it will be 14.36 pulled up the the window the guy who was very rude said 16.36 I said I didn’t get a drink with the sandwich he said you never ordered one I said it comes with it the girl behind the guy said in a very rude manner you didn’t ask for one and then charged me for a drink separately and then charged me for the donut very bad service poor communication very rude staff will never go to thos location again .
