Buffalo Airport Location. Waited in line for 25 minutes only to be told that they were not serving their breakfast menu yet, at 6:00 AM. When are you supposed to serve breakfast? Don’t you think it would be a good idea to post a sign somewhere stating that you are not serving your breakfast menu in THE MORNING!! Extremely long line for NOTHING. Totally incompetent store management. Word to the wise- Queen City has a very short line and they do serve breakfast in the morning. I have learned my lesson, I will not be back.

I love how im literally waiting in line watching the employees giggle, talk, and serve other employees while paying customer wait. Nothing has been said to anyone in line whatsoever. Unprofessional. If you don’t open until 430am then nobody should be being served…

Waited in line only to get to the front and they wouldn’t serve any food outside of what was in the case, no reason given, the place was staffed , they didn’t even make my coffee order and tried arguing that I didn’t order one. Horrible customer service. Very disappointing esp traveling with small hungry children early in the morning.

TERRIBLE! Worst Tim Hortons location I have ever been to! I waited half an hour in line for a breakfast sandwich and when it was my turn in line I was told they just ran out of breakfast food, AT 6 IN THE MORNING! How does a Tim Hortons run out of breakfast food at 6 AM? The person in front of me ordered a breakfast sandwich and got it. The lady at the counter didn’t seem to care either. Worst Tim Hortons location I have ever been to. I hope Tim Hortons revokes their franchise because it is not worthy of the Tim Hortons name. I come to Buffalo Airport frequently and this was the first, and last time I will EVER go to this Tim Hortons location again.

Worst people working here.. extremely rude ladies who have 0 sense of customer service. After asking kindly two times for creamer and sugar she kept on arguing you did not ask for it while ordering coffee and later threw it.. they don’t even have menu on display so no one really knows what they really serve.. Extremely disappointed with their behavior.. I would give negative points to this place.. pls avoid

Poorest customer service ever. I ordered a doughnut and a coffee. Got my doughnut right away and waited 5 minutes for my coffee. She made my coffee and didn’t stir it. I asked if she stirred it and I get a rude look and a “Oh you want it stirred?”. Can’t believe I had to answer that. Doughnut was wrong also. Apparently they don’t know the difference between Boston and Bavarian cream. I’m guessing they don’t care. 4 people that I can see and 3 standing around letting one make the coffees. Really need to access the people you hire Tim Hortons…. This airport location is dragging a good name through the mud. ..
