When they’re good they’re okay, when they’re bad, they’re bad. Super slow drive thru most of the time. Good donuts but that’s literally the only good thing. They always forget to do any extras (oat milk instead of regular, extra cream/sugar, actually putting the foam on a FOAM cold brew, etc). Today I was in the drive thru for 10 minutes and ordered a STEAK and cheddar panini. This is somehow the second time I was given a grilled cheese instead.

The staff is very rude. The cashier lady got the order wrong twice. Hot food never came out and when I enquired, more rudeness. She pretended the the order was ready and somebody else took it, blaming me for not getting it on time. She then assembled it in a big rush, very annoyed and made a poor job in assembling it. Worst Tim Horton’s I have ever been to.

Today went in to Sheridan drive location at 4pm. There were 4 workers behind the counter and we waited 6-8 minutes before even being acknowledged. My wife asked me just to be patient. This location is a few blocks from our home. When we ordered 2 ham with swiss meals we were informed that they were out of artisan rolls. This is the 5th or 6th time this has happened in the afternoon at this location. I asked for the contact number of the district manager, they did not not have one. I then asked for them to contact the store manager to retrieve the district number. They claimed not to have that number either. In the past we have just drove to another location to get the meals we desired. This time I just got fed up with excuses from counter kids that can not think far enough ahead to know it’s time to put more rolls into service. At 4pm with the store open until late in the evening, are they not counting on anyone stopping in for a dinner sandwich? Just seems like the typical laziness found in the youth of today with management putting up with it. I often get gift cards from my own customers at my place of business and it is frustrating to see this lack of service and commitment when going in to a popular business and not being able to purchase the product listed on their menu.

The service was very pleasant. The breakfast sandwiches were fresh and yummy. The donuts were a great selection and delicious. We have only been to Tim Horton’s a couple of times when we are traveling and it’s always good.

First time at a Time Horton’s in decades.Donuts and coffee were good as I remembered but customer service and friendliness were horrible. The girls at the counter did not greet us. She just stood there staring with a scowl on her face. We both said, good morning with no response back. We ordered and then said thank you to her, again, with no response. It was actually comical how this girl had no personality. I actually feel sorry for people like this. Maybe it is just Tim Horton’s new corporate culture? I won’t be back to this one on Sheraton and Sweet home at least.
