Order my drinks went to go put a straw in the one drink notice a piece of hair. I went to a different location they suggested me go back and get my money back so that’s what I did. The store on Harlem and clinton remade all my drinks for me.

I don’t understand the fuss about Tim Horton’s. I gave it two stars because the coffee is good, but the donuts are awful. The only decent thing I’ve ever found in the donut case is a cheese croissant, which, sadly, my closest Timmy Ho’s does not carry. If I need coffee, sure, but if I’m wanting a treat, I’ll go elsewhere.

Cashier at window shoved a hot drink into my hand. Almost spilled it myself with the cup being so hot and shoved at me. Sandwich I’ve ordered at other locations was half the size of what I normally receive. And of course app wouldn’t open so I could not scan for my points

Fast and friendly service very clean inside and out reasonable prices nice hot food but I got a side order of potato chips. I assume they make their own potato chips and put it in the fryer. The chips were fresh but they tasted and they smelled like fryer oil. I was going to take them back but I ended up giving it to the birds. And they loved it but I did not. So they should check and test their potato chips before they hand them out. Overall I would give it 5 stars if it was not for that.

I go to Tim Hortons to get a turkey bacon club at 6 pm. They tell me once again they’re out of artisan bread. Several occasions several times several several several I am unable to get this. nobody in front of me at the drive-thru so I tell them this is enough I’ve had enough and I go to pull away and they taunt me at the drive-thru window what kind of organization does that they taunt their customers I will never ever ever go back to Tim Hortons restaurant again

Was visiting Buffalo, NY and stopped to get a coffee and breakfast sandwich. The coffee is always great but the service wasn’t so much. I had to repeat myself 5 times on how I like my coffee..2 sugars extra cream..and ordered a chicken breakfast sandwich..what I got was just egg..cheese & bacon on a croissant..when I got to the window I was asked again how I liked my coffee. I couldn’t understand what the issue was. Not sure if the speaker box in the drive thru doesn’t work that well or what

Normally I don’t many reviews but I couldn’t pass up the opportunity for the Mgmt. to review food prep and standards. While the staff was very nice (hence 2 stars as they normally are) this is what I received as appropriate to eat. I didn’t notice the burnt bacon until I got home – this is beyond messing up my order, it says you don’t care!
