For a couple years now I’ve been getting coffee not stirred or missing sugar. EVERY TIME! it’s pretty much a given that the coffee needs to be stirred. And if that’s too much of a hassle for a coffee shop to handle then all coffee orders should come with stir sticks so we can at least struggle to do it ourselves driving to work.

I love the coffee but the chain is so inconsistent with menu. One of my favorite Tim Hortons location went down hill. Now I have to travel to 4 locations to get what I ordered there, not happening. Some locations don’t carry chili, soup or certain sandwiches or specific donuts.

I got some drinks and some of them were messed up. I called and I was unable to go back because I couldn’t leave work, the district manager was there she remade all my drinks and brought them to me! What wonderful service, she went way out of her way!!!!!!!!!! Side note, I have been going to this particular Tim Hortons on and off for the better part of a year, that was the first time my drinks ever got messed up, and the fact that she did that was just amazing and so sweet.
