Experiences here keep getting worse! Costumer service is terrible. They refused my service after asking why they stop making hash browns after 10:45 when hash brown sales are supposed to end at 11. I offered to wait until they were made but the employed had a power trip and told me no you can take your service elsewhere. Individuals gives me an attitude when she is the one supposed to be providing costumer service(none to be had at this location). They don’t want to work at this location and it shows. Especially when they turn the lights off early so they don’t have to serve in the afternoon (separate report by a different person). Management needs to overhaul this location as I’m taking my business elsewhere (delta sonic Tim Hortons is great). Today was it for me. I will drive a few more minutes to get an order without an attitude. To the employee at the window at 10:50 today, Im sorry you were having a bad day but you need to rethink your employment and adjust your attitude.

Lord have mercy I work next to the building I ask for a chicken Chipotle and was cold like fridge cold mind you Is more than 80° outside and the MANAGER says well you came like 10 minutes ago WRONG was 6 minutes ago there’s no way that is going to be fridge cold and the person that did it she was talking junk they’re lucky that I was on the clock otherwise will be another scenario NEVER AGAIN BYE

Arrived just before peak time. Plenty of staff working and quick service. I even engaged the manager and asked her a few questions about the food. Everyone was courteous and my order was perfect, even when I asked for modifications.

Very disappointed with their service and never cleaned the men’s restroom. The garbage containers look 100 years old. Only good for the drive-thru. If any food inspector inspects this place they will band their services. I never recommended it to anyone for this place,
