I love Tim’s and I come here almost everyday. In recent weeks though I think some of the window Staff have been rude. Today 7/5/23 was no exception. They had trouble taking my drive thru order which was a 2for$6 and an Ice Coffee. I was handed drink and 1 sandwich. I told her it was 2 and she told me it wasn’t. Got me another and charged me for another single sandwich. Upon leaving she was muttering smart stuff. That is all!

Quiet, but people in line friendly. I had a BLT. Yum. The bread sealed the deal. It was flaky but like a biscuit. Very yummy. I met a hairdresser and her friend . Everybody was in a good mood must be our mild winter.

Went on Thanksgiving since it was the only place opened. Bought for coworkers. Hash browns were soggy and you could taste freezer burn. Breakfast sandwiches were cold and one only had half English muffin. Had no juice. Will not go there again for breakfast.

I got there at 7:15pm, and the door was closed. There was a guy inside so I asked him why they were closed at 7:20pm if it’s says 8pm. He said they are closing earlier. Such a lazy people.

Ordered on mobile. My order was never pulled off the machine. The gentleman that handled my order was quick and friendly. Can’t say that about the rest of the staff. The one girl was rude and would not smile.

Hope their coffee makes up for it. Not a coffee drinker so this was my first time going here. Asked for a number 3, the cashier rang up a sandwich. New cashier, which is fine, and order was fixed after clarification from me.

Excellent location near to Park Ridge Hospital and McCormick & the Rehab Centers. I would always get a coffee or donut before hospital or Rehab visits. However, the stores hours are shorten, I was waiting twice in the cold emergency unit for over 8 hours and longing for a hot cup of coffee. This T Horton was closed with a sign- no employees – forced to shut down early. Plus the next morning did not open at 6-7 am. Little to nothing open nearby for good cup of coffee,

First time I went to this Tim Hortons. The staff seemed friendly enough but I wanted 2 frozen STAWBERRY lemonades. The staff member went and made me 2 regular frozen lemonades. I told her they were supposed to be strawberry and she said they didn’t have any of the puree (mind you this is back on their menu and it was only 10am). I’m sure she heard me ask for strawberry and just didn’t say anything until after she made them and at that point I had paid and she had already made them so I just accepted it. Just was annoyed she didn’t say anything about it before because I probably would have ordered something different.
