Not the first time I’ve ordered a drink and it’s came back all milk & flavored syrup.. doesn’t even taste like there is any coffee in there. Seems they can’t get a drink right unless it’s the frozen ice capps from a machine, or something like a double double. People want coffee with a little sugar & cream, not sugar & cream with a little coffee. Super inconsistent

Always great food and coffee pleasant staff especially in bad times, HOWEVER….. they need to stop changing food times! I have always ordered 8-830 and now they tell me they stop at 8 because they close at 10 for the last 8 months according to the manager that was on tonite…. not happy.

Slow drivethru even before having to order at the window due to equipment breakdown. The coffee is very inconsistent. I like the goodies and the food is decent. Love the Tim Hortons brand (it’s probably the frustrated Canadian in me), but this location needs to up its game. Staff seems to be fine. Not enough of them, I’d guess. It’s a busy location.

WOULD EAVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD. WE DRIVE 15 MINUTES TO GET BREAKFAST AND COFFEE, AND EVERY SINGLE TIME OUR FOOD IS WRONG. NOT EVEN CLOSE TO BEING RIGHT. RECEIVED A PLAIN CHICKEN SANDWICH WHEN ASKED FOR A STEAK PANINI, RECEIVED A PLAIN EGG ON A BAGEL WHEN ASKED FOR A BACON EGG AND CHEESE.. If you want to be RACIALLY PROFILED! Go there. I was told today by the blonde kid in the drive thru that he wasn’t serving MEXICAN women that return timbits. I’m actually puerto rican not Mexican. This kid has called me every racist remark he can say. He works mornings. Overweight blonde kid with shaggy blonde hair. I have complained NUMEROUS times to corporate and in store. They do NOTHING to stop him from calling their minority raced customers racial slurs!!! Good job management.

9 times out of 10 you’ll wait 30-45 minutes to order at any given time of the day whether you’re ordering inside or at the drive thru. I keep going back because their drinks are the best around, and are consistent. I think they need more help and/or the help they have needs better time management skills. It seems like they’re always taking their time behind the counter & aren’t well managed.
