Most of the time, I go through the drive-thru, and they are out of specialty drinks and iced coffee. Always short staffed and extra long line at drive-thru. I left on this visit and went to Burger King to get hot coffee. Lobby closed sometimes because of the shortage of employees. I will not go back!

I’m sorry, but when the donut holes are so bad that my dog wouldn’t even eat them, that’s unacceptable. I was excited to try Tim Hortons, too! Additionally, staff didn’t even know how to make my coffee. It’s was an absolute waste of $12! I’m sorry, Tim Hortons. Maybe this was a fluke, but it’s highly unlikely that I will ever return to one of your locations. If I had been given a receipt when I paid, I would have contacted the corporate office.

The young lady at the register with the reddish hair and ponytail is just miserable! Very unpleasant not smiling, actually rude! Got coffee asked for an extra cream you would have thought that I asked her to walk 20 miles to get it! This young lady needs to learn some customer service skills!!!!! Took my order rang up my food I paid that was it no other words were spoken and stone face the whole time. Very unwelcoming and just made you feel uncomfortable about their food wondering what the heck’s going on there!!!

Over 50.00 for 4 sandwiches 2 drinks and some donuts. Payed for items they didn’t have and was told they couldn’t refund, and no manager was on duty. No chips or anything with sandwiches. Over priced and rude. Will not return. Go to JR’S donuts down the street. Way better food and prices!!!

The guy at taking orders was so rude and miserable. Acted like we shouldn’t have been there . I ordered an iced caramel coffee it was the nastiest coffee I’ve ever had . My croissant was burnt . Worst customer service . Wouldn’t recommend to anyone .

This is the first time I have been to a Tim Hortons, so don’t know if this is standard, but I don’t see myself trying again. Ordering – we we’re greeted with “We are out of plain bagels and sausage.” The first person of our group started ordering and asked for potato sticks. A woman from the prep area yelled over that they are out. I laughed and said “oh my!” She then said “well we have them, but we don’t have to make them after a certain time.” I don’t know what that time is, we we’re ordering at 10:15am. I ended up with a caramel Capp and a waffle sandwich with bacon instead of sausage, since they were out of sausage. The Capp did not have the whipped cream and caramel drizzle on top and tastes more watery than creamy. The sandwich was ok, but I am sure the sausage would have gone better on it.

Food is extremely limited for dietary restrictions. Everything I’ve had is OK but nothing to go out of my way to buy. If you have a gift card for here it’s not a bad place, but I wouldn’t spend money here unless there were no other options. Staff was super friendly and helpful, though! They’re always very nice and beaming with hospitality.
