Never been here but heard about this place so I thought I would try it out. Donuts were good but nothing really special about them. And the selection was scarce which was a little disappointing. I was going to get a dozen but they didn’t even have enough donuts. But like I said, there was nothing really special about them so I’m glad I only got half a dozen. I also got a hot caramel macchiato which wasn’t really that good either.

Katrina just made my entire day! We moved and we haven’t had our tim hortons in like 9 months and we showed up right at 5am when they opened and Katrina brought our coffee out to us…I could of hugged her I was so excited! She also gave us a cup so we could give our dog some food and water. We drove from Florida and this is my favorite place to stop as it’s the 1st location and never had a bad experience!! I appreciate the great service Katrina provided us!

The female clerk was heavily engaged in conversation with a male employee who appeared to be off work. I ordered a caramel iced coffee beverage and felt like a huge inconvenience to her. She didn’t put whipped cream or caramel drizzle on top. It was deliberately thrown together and accompanied by a attitude that seemed to say “How dare you order something here?!” I get it, I ordered a coffee while you weren’t busy, you didn’t feel like doing your job. You should really stop accepting pay checks from the owner. The other employee shouldn’t be allowed to hang out and loiter in places where customers might need to buy things.
