While I’ve had employees that i appreciate at this location, the location doesn’t allow for two separate orders in the drive through meaning you have to get your first order and then go through the drive way all over again if someone else in the car wants to pay separate. It’s extremely inconvenient, maybe at morning rush i could understand but it’s mid day with no other cars.

Decided to make a quick Pitt stop in here this morning for a quick bite to eat and a coffee. The place was very clean and the staff was extremely nice and friendly even tho they were clearly understaffed. Service was decently fast with said circumstances. Would be a 5 star but I was given the wrong breakfast sandwich. Still ate it and it was delicious. I’d stop back in again.

I used to go to Tim Hortons in Canada twenty something years ago and had good memories so this was the first time going back to one in a while. Not everything was available and half of my donut frosting got stuck in the bag and tasted stake so I was kinda disappointed. It’s close so maybe I’ll give it another shot some day.

This is by far the best Tim Hortons around. Staff is always super friendly. They are always open during posted times, unlike the other locations. My cappuccino is always perfect here! The other locations don’t refill the machine so it often is a waste since it tastes watered down. Whomever runs this location does so exceptionally well. It’s the little things; like making sure my to go drink has a lid that closes and making sure that the hot drinks have a sleeve or a drink carrier, without having to ask.

Slow and you don’t get what you order. Constantly a long line. Don’t ask for cream cheese as they WILL charge you and WON’T give you any cream cheese. I’m done wasting my time and money at this place.
