Ordered 4 breakfast sandwiches. 1 came with bacon, but was supposed to have sausage. 2 others had overcooked omelets bites instead of egg, which was smashed down and didn’t cover half of the croissant. My wife forced hers down. My youngest boy refused to eat his, so he had no egg for his sandwich. At least my dogs got a small snack out of it.

Just went thru this drive thru. The employee was rude when taking my order. When I paid she wouldn’t reach out of the window to hand me the card which caused it to fall to the ground. I ordered iced tea and lemonade and she gave me two lemonades. When I asked for her to give me the tea, she “did” but as I drove away I realized she just out a little tea in my existing lemonade and let me go on my way. Employees are simply rude and lazy. Won’t come here again.

I will never understand why the employees at this particular Tim’s are so rude and hateful. They don’t smile they use the harshest tone of voice when they speak to you like you’ve annoyed them by coming here. I’m going to do you ladies a favor and not come back which I suggest to anyone looking to be treated like a customer to do as well!. Oh and you shouldn’t assume a blonde woman doesn’t understand what you’re saying about her in Spanish.

Had the worst Tim Hortons experience of my entire life at this location today. Female employee taking orders at the drive thru was extremely rude even while simply taking my order, despite me being polite. When they forgot to give me a straw I waited at the window to ask for one, and I heard her irritatedly say to someone, “What is she waiting for…” Finally they asked me what I needed and I politely asked for a straw. She just said, “Oh” and aggressively handed it to me.

Every time I go there they mess up my order. Drive through employees never nice. I said thank you today and she said yeah. I got home and my extra large coffee was a large. My three farmers wraps had no hash brown and they were so skinny. Starbucks here I come! I just noticed it’s been 7 months since they have had a good review!

This is an exceptional Tim Hortons. The staff is courteous and efficient. I just went to another Tim Hortons and asked for a large order which they could not fulfill and had a serious attitude about as well. I pulled up to this Tim Hortons and they didn’t even question it. I received my order immediately with no qualms whatsoever. It explains why the parking lot in this Tim Hortons is full, and the other’s is empty even 15 minutes later as I drove by (at peak hours).
