I went in today to get some donuts at 4:30 PM. Apparently they spread out to thin, and only do coffee and breakfast sandwiches now, or something. Anyway they were out donuts. This is the problem I warned about when they ran mom n pop shops out of business. Now we have a donut shop. That runs out of donuts! Went to duck donuts. They had donuts! Fresh actually, and they were so good. I’ll never go back to lil timmy’s!

You would think at some point I would get used to poor customer service in this post COViD society that we live in and I believe I have to some degree adjusted. Apparently, Hortonn’s will hire anyone, with a pulse, that is willing to come in to “work” and be rude to customers and not even attempt to get orders right or serve fresh food.

Unfortunately the service was disappointing and leaned toward the rude side. I had to ask for my receipt. Our hash browns were cold and my bagel, while I did request double toasted, was charred and not edible. Not sure I would return for anything beyond the Timbits or doughnuts using the drive through only.

I wasn’t even at the window before this guy uttered “be right with you”. I did not hear it. I ordered and he immediately got loud and had an instant tone because I ordered too quickly for him. There was one car in front of me. I work in the service industry too, seems like the guy can’t handle his job

My wife and our kids are frequent there, they were missed treated by the manager there, Mt wife and her friend ask the manager to have his cool, he got worst, shame on the owners and people who hired him, it s probably the owners ask the manager to behave in such way, money will not buy you respect and dignity, shame on all of you,

Unfortunately won’t be visiting this place again even though it’s super close and convenient. I understand they may be short staffed, so slower service is understandable. My issue is if it’s going to take you a while to get my food at least get my order right and don’t give it to me in a sloppy manner. My bagel was definitely not toasted, had cream cheese everywhere and was shoved in a bag and the sandwich we ordered was a mess, everything falling off. And got my drink order wrong, not sure how you mistake pomegranate for orange….

TWICE within the past month, I’ve ran into an issue where I place an online order, I go to pick it up and I’m told that they’re not selling an item that was on my order. Definitely very frustrating. Would be nice if you show on your app if you’re sold out of something before I put it on my online order, then go to pick it up and then be told “I’m sorry! We’re not selling this item right now.” Be better!

Let’s just say these people (employees) are so incompetent! Let’s talk about attitudes. I heard an employee yelling and cussing about their schedule, unprofessional. They were slamming orders on the drive thru counter. I ordered a combo the dumb broad charged me almost seven dollars for a disgusting cold sandwich. When I called the rude cow said I only charged you for the sandwich. I clearly said combo, that includes a side and a drink. Rude! Rude! Rude! You have one job to do, serve me my correct order. I teach 5 year Olds smarter and more competent then the current staff. FYI, don’t just close the lobby, close the whole establishment. Why keep it open. With people who clearly are…what’s the word? Lazy and just plain stupid. I swear they have the competency of a door knob.
