Honestly i would never return to this location due to the Amanda the assistant manager! Today i was given moldy apple juice with some thick substance floating in it, me knowing it’s not 100% the stores fault i returned it but Amanda decided she wanted to get smart and tell me it’s not mold but something from their fridge, she yelled at me while i spoke calmly to her and then when someone else was helping me she was still talking over her! Just rude for no reason at all and did not give me a full refund!

Took me a half an hour to get an order this morning. Seems the team is having issues with their espresso machine. The food came out quick but the bagel was plain rather than the up-charge I paid for an everything bagel. Didn’t provide any napkins either, which is a minor issue. Nonetheless, I’m unlikely to come back in the future on my way into work. (Writing this while still waiting on my coffee…)

I normally like Tim Hortons but for some reason the costumer service at this location went down Hill. One of the lady that was at the drive through this morning was extremely rude. The older lady was extremely Rude as well. This is like the 3rd time the messed up my orders. My bagel was Cold and my Iced Coffee doesn’t have anything in it. I know you don’t like your Job but you don’t have to treat a costumer like that.

This tim hortons is always a bad experience the people inside are ALWAYS waiting for someone to come to the register. There were 5 employees and only one was working the register while also trying to get their food. The pros are that the place was real nice and clean and that it reminds me of a comfortable hotel lobby with TVs, chairs and a fireplace. The guy who was working the register deserves to be promoted because he was working hard. There is plenty of seating prices are okay and food is great but not enough workers are paying attention to the people inside. Plus during rush hour it is hard to get in and out of the parking lot.

The worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. Everytime I go they say they aren’t serving food…and then I asked for the new Nutella drink and couldn’t even do that either. Been here a few other times too and the service was bad. Not giving anymore tries!

This used to be the best location of the worst that is Tim Horton locations on the East side of town. Brice road first, East Broad second. Such a bummer because I love Timmy Ho’s..but wow this one is now trash too. Unacceptable customer service. I understand having technical issues that is outside of your control. Facility issues are up to management to repair promptly. However to speak to customers with a rude and condescending attitude because of it. That is completely unnecessary. It is not your customers fault that your drive thru speaker has been down for weeks. I just don’t understand lack of customer service lately. I get you don’t like your job..but to just treat people poorly in general. Well you’re a sad human. Period.

Food and coffee bad on multiple visits. This was the worst-coffee lukewarm, donut stale, muffin top was so hard it was inedible and received only 1 omelet egg bite. Decided I won’t be back. Service from employees was just as cold as the coffee.

Have gone to this location multiple times and each time there is something wrong, whether it’s a forgotten item, cold coffee, poor service, not knowing my online order even exists, or just blatantly saying they don’t have something that they 100% have. Never have a simple pleasant fast food experience here, always something to make it unique in the bad way.
