I used order ahead on my mobile app and to be honest it wasn’t a great experience. I wasn’t able to customize my Tim bits or donuts that I bought. Once we got to the drive through we weren’t met with a happy employee. She seemed annoyed that we were even there. Our Mobile order also wasn’t ready so there was no point in ordering ahead. On top of the not great service the Tim-bits are probably the worst I’ve ever had and any location here in Grove City. The donuts were stale and they didn’t have hardly any icing or sprinkles. 0/10 will continue to go to the Stringtown location for better quality service and food.

Speed with no one in line is all they cared about. Not adding a simple drink at the window or making a latte that fills the cup more than halfway, or even caring enough to fully dip the donuts in icing, or waiting for them to cool down before glazing them. Edible? Yes. Comparable to any other Tim’s out there? Not even close. Good thing South Bloomfield is just as close with a better rating.

First time visiting here in a while and they are clearly focused on cutting corners for good stats. Tried to order a beverage at the window (a simple one, at that) and was told I could not because they are on timed service. The donuts were half iced and the coffee 3/4 full. In an effort to look good on paper, they’ve lost a customer.

Today May 18 2023 Around 7:50 to 8 am Iorder a Large Cofee with 5×5 and a large iced cofee with 4×4 with two toasted croissants , but they gave me two sausage egg and cheese croissant, and after all i was ok with them being sausage egg and cheese, but i got a little bit scared after a few bites to realize there was something pointy and hard in my food after checking to see what it was it seemed like a piece of tooth and now i am pretty upset about it because i cant come back to the reason that i gotta get to my jobsite , i hope this doesnt happen to anybody else.

I just went through the drive through window. I ordered 40 tidbits and a large 5×6. I live in Nashville and don’t get Tim Hortons much. I would have rather they’d be closed then to have been served the leftover tim bits heated up as well as last night’s coffee. Truly does anyone care about others and the service you’ve delivered ? The quality of restaurant service is awful these days!

We were really looking forward to this visit bc we don’t have Tim Hortons where we live. I started with a visit to the restroom and the sinks were so dirty they had a film in them which means they haven’t been cleaned for ages. I’ve never seen any any dirtier! We immediately left without ordering any food.

Worst wait times I’ve ever seen. Doesn’t matter what day or time you go, the wait to even be acknowledged is nuts. The outside line moves incredibly slow. Current wait…3 cars in front of me and I’ve been here 42 minutes.

Worst customer service ever. Gave attitude, took long to order, super watered down hot coffee (how do you mess up something so basic at a popular coffee shop?) and the coconut iced capp tasted putrid. They need to fire/audit staff
