We decided to stop here for breakfast and to our surprise it was the worst Tim hortons we’ve ever seen. Apparently nobody wanted to work as we had to remind them we had another coffee we were waiting for only to get a “medium” half way full. This is acceptable? It’s probably time to wipe out your employees and start with new. Preferably some with better attitudes.

Coffee was nice and hot and had a good flavor. Wish the had sugar free flavored creamer options….but the coffee was still good with plain unflavored creamer.

Better than Starbucks and dunkin donuts in my opinion. I don’t get sick off their coffee and bagels. Will come back again

The workers are very rude anytime I would say thank you they would turn their head had to wait for someone to rudely take my order…. Food was amazing but coffee tasted like water and only 1 table was clean all the rest was dirty and it’s only 9 am will not recommend oh and as we sit here there are customers waiting to place a order while the rude lady continues to text on her phone

Got 2 sandwiches and 1 drink at the drive-thru. One sandwich had mayo and other did not. My mother requested that the employee please label the wrappers since last time they were unlabeled as to which had the mayo and one person on a diet ate the mayonnaised one. This order, they labeled the mayo sandwich in White ink, writing “mayo” on the wrapper but my mother has poor eye sight and I had to look at both sandwiches, and squint just to read it, although my eyesight is good. It would be nice if it was labeled darker and larger, or a tag was attached to label the sandwich with mayo. My vanilla iced coffee tasted very sweet, a bit less sweetness and more authentic vanilla flavor would be preferable. Overall, our experience was good!

The lady on the speaker had a bit of attitude, but everyone else was very pleasant. The food and the coffee are great.

They have wonderful coffee and specialty drinks. However, the iced coffee is always a disappointment and brings this rating down.

Where is the cream in the Iced capps?? These were disgusting. Tasted mostly like the mix. All the Tim Hortons in the area are making them this way. These always used to be light in color. Won’t go back to Stringtown.
