I’m a regular at tim Hortons since year 2009 and the tim Hortons in Lancaster Ohio on main St is not the best the manager is awesome and the two guys in drive thru also dona good job the inside and outside is nice but the other employees are rude and some of the employees have been there for awhile and always and I mean always get the order wrong sometimes I think on purpose I’ve called many times and let them know they got my order wrong simple orders too like a ice coffee no white topping no syrup I never get white topping never get syrup and the manager and the two guys at drive thru they always get order right but this one employee that’s been there awhile I always tell her plain ice coffee no white topping no syrup and she always puts it on even after I complained to management it’s ridiculous and lost a good customer because I’m tired of paying money for my order to be wrong I always tell my family if that certain employee is working I don’t want anything from there plus she is rude I’ve been at tim Hortons and saw many customers get upset with same employee due to getting they order wrong

I like the other one in town better. I got the same thing I always do, iced cold press coffee, and it was completely different than the other side of town. But my bagel was the same, would definitely recommend the everything bagel with cream cheese

I miss going there and getting my XL double double coffee in the mornings. I moved to Florida 3 years ago and they don’t have Tim Hortons in Florida so I have to order the ground coffee or coffee beans online though Walmart or Amazon. It’s just not the same to me. Tim Hortons needs to open up coffee shops in Southern Florida! I always had great service at the 2 locations in Lancaster Ohio!

We had a fire today at Windsor Place near Tim Horton’s. We all were evacuated and scared, cold and hungry. Tim Horton’s brought us gallons of coffee and donuts. They were much appreciated. Tractor Supply provided blankets, shoes, water, sodas and a place to sit in the warmth. We have great bunch of people in Lancaster and the Staff at Tim Horton’s is included in that. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. The residents at Windsor Place. I am a resident and not Staff.

Cashier was rude and they messed up the order. That could be overlooked but why in the world was it cold enough to see my breath inside the building? A rainy day in the low 60s and it was warmer outside. Very unpleasant visit.
