Very limited menu compared to other locations, had to remind staff several times for my hashbrown…. they handed me the soggiest hashbrown I have ever seen. Donut glaze clearly very old and has been reused for weeks. Was barely even warm. Staff was extremely rude 0/10 would not recommend.

Came to this restaurant today around 11:10. The lady taking the order was extra rude. We told her we would need a sec to look at the menu. We were ordering after every thing we said she would scream through the speaker. “Is that all”. After we were done she screamed the order back to us. Absolutely ridiculous and disrespectful.

This is the most unprofessional restaurant I’ve ever been to. every time I go there It’s always a problem. They’re not open yet and it’s 30 mins past the open time or we’re in the middle of a shift change so we can’t take any orders. I’ve been coming to this location for about 5 years as it’s right down the street to my work and it’s finally time to leave a review firstly pricing has gotten ridiculous 4$ for a drink that’s not even 3 inches tall. No thanks…I used to always get good drinks and it just seems it’s really gone downhill in the past year everything I get always tastes sour like they aren’t cleaning the machines properly or something has changed. and I can never get a drink that tastes like it should.

This place is terrible, I walk to the door not realizing that you had to use the drive-thru, no problem ,but as I get to the door a employee was sitting in a chair blocking the door while she smoked.
