1 star is too much. Starting with the lady at the drive-thru window. By the tone of her voice, I could tell without even seeing her about her attitude and lack of customer service when I was ordering at the menu board. When I got to the pick up window there was no interaction. I order a latte and toasted bagel with cream cheese. She hand me the latte and the bagel(which they never toasted it) was cold and pale. I gave her my card she process the payment and not even a thanks. No sugar, no stirrer, no napkin.

I’ve been upcharged many times at this location and the food is mediocre. The bagels are like bricks and the decaf is mainly hot water with cream. They are fast but the quality suffers.

I cannot express how many times I order from this location and find my Boston Cream donut like this. I am very disappointed with either the process of putting the donut in the bag first, beneath a hot sandwich or wrap, or giving me a donut that was handed back by another customer for the same reason. I provided a picture to show exactly how this location appreciates my loyalty and hard earned money, otherwise me as a customer.

This location is actually a “fast” fast food restaurant. The staff is stoic, but polite. This could be five stars easily except the hash brown temperature is hit and miss. Just either steaming hot or cold and soggy. The donuts are fresh and the sandwiches are hot and tasty.
