I went through the drive-thru for my order. I paid, and they made me pulled up. I paid seven something for two bagles. I just started to eat my bagel and there is no cream cheese on it. It’s like they put enough on it to look like some was there. This is crazy. I will not be going back.

Honestly the sweetest staff you could possibly ask for, management is incredible and everyone else beside her is equally as amazing! Highly recommend this Tim’s over the other 5 in the 10 miles radius from this location. I’ve had too many bad experiences to count with many many other locations, attitudes galore or they just are outside smoking and won’t go in to take orders *cough cough* (the e broad location)

By far one of the worst locations in Columbus. The service is always very slow and the food isn’t great either. Multiple times I have gotten timbits and they taste burnt, like the oil was very old that they used. I refuse to go to this location ever again and I let that known to my friends and family as well.

We’ve tried to stop here after our athletics in the area. We’ve made probably 6 visits in the last two weeks, and every time their cappuccino and iced capp machines are broken, and they don’t have doughnuts (or one or two kinds)… We’d purchase if it was worth the stop.

This location has great donuts and everything just like any other Tim Hortons but unfortunately they have a sign out front that says the dining room is temporarily closed it’s always closed since the pandemic started they’ve just been lazy about opening the dining room up to the public and they simply do not want to open it to the public period. They do not accept walk up orders probably for safety reasons I understand but they’re cutting a large Market out of their business by leaving out the people on foot and management is less than to be desired
