I asked for three and got one of them simple done correctly, which was the tim bits. I was given a messed up wrap and the incorrect order of a drink. Payed fully, but not happy with how this was given seemed like the guy had no care for how it was served. Not sure if i will order from this location or another in the future.

Was no donuts, 4 workers and there was a line outside and inside. Workers was slow. Only 4 people in line, employee yelled across the store telling someone to stay out. Yelling wasp was in store. Customer came in from drive threw saying coffee was cold.

I keep going thinking the service will get better but it doesn’t so im done! My ice capp is always so watery it’s ridiculous, toasted bagel NEVER has enough cream cheese to even coat one half of bagel! They never have bags and napkins to give you with your food, and the staff is very unfriendly especially the one’s making the bagels that just come hand them out the window and never say a word! I will not be going back

sometimes the employees are respectful and make good coffee but at one point had to go back in and get it remade like 3 times just for it to be cold. we pay for it we should get it exactly how we ask for it to be made, i always try to be respectful to the employees even when i’m met with absolute rudeness. a little respect and positivity go a long way in life in general man come on it’s not that serious it’s a simple coffee order that we get every morning
