This particular Tim Horton’s consistently delivers coffee that is luke warm at best. My wife returned to the store to complain about her coffee being down right cold, she was told that’s what happens when you add creamer. I do not recommend stopping here.

Very polite and helpful employees just took them a minute to notice us. Fast service. Atmosphere I can see they’re still working on it but it’s getting there. Doughnuts are amazing! Remind me of the good old days. The eggs on the breakfast sandwiches were a little bland.

So this place hires people that aren’t smart or the chain itself has stupid policies. Months ago I had 2 coupons for 99 cent coffees and the girl on the drive through refused to take the orders together despite us being two persons in the vehicle and that we were placing two separate orders and paying with different cards. She kept arguing that she could only take one order because it’s their policy and said that we could go around in the car and place the second order. Ok how stupid is that exactly? It was freezing cold outside and not worth walking in. She then got worked up when I asked her if what she said made sense to her and became really rude. Well we didn’t place an order at all that day and they lost customers for good due to incompetence.

Told me they couldn’t do two orders because they “had a lot going on”. Tim Hortons used to be my favorite but this location is always slow, unfriendly and can’t seem to keep employees. I think corporate needs to step in and find out what’s going on. Lost a customer today.

I walked in to the restaurant and stood there for fifteen minutes before anyone even took my order. I placed my order and the girl taking it was very rude and kept acting like she didn’t want to be there. My order wasn’t complicated, I asked for Tim Bits. I don’t know why I warranted this treatment, but I certainly won’t be returning.
