Very poorly operated. They forgot my order and the male manager berated me because I could answer his “simple question ” what was in my sandwich. He also said that his drive thru cars were more important because they were “timed.” Very poor example how to talk in front of his employees. Also there was a flying bug in the donut case. One plus..he did refund my money. My first (and last) time in a Hortons.

I am totally dumbfounded. Call the store talk to the manager. Did not seem to be phased, by me saying somebody took a bite out of my donut or ,my sandwich was stepped on. Didn’t even ask for my order number or even offered me a refund on my credit card.

Worst doughnuts I have EVER had. They tasted like yesterday’s batch, they didn’t have any doughnuts I wanted, wasn’t willing to make fresh. Very disappointed. I expected better, specially for as dead as they were.

It has come to my attention that the owner is telling employees they can’t run the store properly but it is to my knowledge that they have thieves working there, refuse to turn the cameras back on and they’re trying to blame others for these problems? You don’t get to have your cake and eat it too… FYI the drivethrough window doesn’t lock either apparently. I suggest you get that fixed before someone with time to waste sees this post…

Was so happy to see a Tim Hortons! The french donut and chocolate glazed was delicious. Tim Hortons coffee is wonderful as well. Friendly staff as well. Nice stop on a rainy drive home.
