Walked to this store from Defiance College and was pleasantly surprised. The store was warm and inviting and I was promptly greeted by friendly staff members. I ordered a large hot chocolate & a krueler donut and s double chocolate cake donut. The donuts were very fresh (noonish) and the chocolate was great. the drinks are always hit or miss. you can order the same thing 100 times in a row, but depending on who is making it, it’s going to taste different every single time. there are a couple workers that are super nice, but the rest… not so much.

Just went to Tim Hortons here and it was horrible. The lady that was taking our order tried every way to ignore us or even try to get our order right she kept messing up when we got the food she didn’t even greet us. Or tell us to have a good day she just rolled her eyes an when we got our food the hash-browns were stale an almost not eatable the only got one sandwich that we ordered in the whole order but even that was made incorrectly. An when I tried to get it resolved to get my money back I called an the phone is shut off completely. I’ll never go back to a Tim Hortons after today. Discussing an rude.

I go thru the drive thru every few days. Today will be the last time. They didn’t have the avacoda toest again telling me it is really popular. I go thru at different times a day and they never have it. I order a waffel sandwich I coudn’t eat it there was sugar sprinkled on top plus they gave me the wrong donut even though I repetaed my order twice. Avoid this store.
