If there was an option to give zero stars, that’s exactly what they would’ve gotten. Just went through the drive-through and ordered a grilled cheese with no mayonnaise. All I wanted on it was the cheese and the bread. They hand me out a sandwich that was stone cold the cheese was not melted And it had a massive amount of butter smeared all over it. I’ve included the picture when I took it back through. The girl at the window was extremely rude and said next time order without butter, I said, how about next time we just cook the sandwich but it was literally cold cheese, and a glob of butter. Do better Tim Hortons.

The manager was extremely rude and made me feel HIGHLY uncomfortable. She was constantly yelling at everybody and every employee. she even caught an attitude with me. the employees were doing fantastic she had no reason to be so disrespectful. i will not be returning as this was SO uncalled for.

I don’t know what’s happened with this location since I’ve moved away but it’s not good. It should be a sign that I never see anyone in the drive through. Last time the refresher I got was eh and they didn’t remove the tomatoes from what I ordered but whatever I pulled them off myself. I go today and I’m the only person in the drive through I ask for time to look at the menu the girl shortly just says “yes.” and I hear a click. Barely any time passes before the girl pops back on the speaker saying “welcome to Tim hortons how May I help you” as if she didn’t talk to me 10 seconds ago where I asked for more time. This happens 2 times so I just drive off and go somewhere else. I’m the only vehicle in the drive through what’s the rush? It’s rude especially to pop back on the speaker as if you haven’t spoken to me at all. Looking at other recent reviews seems like this location needs an overhaul.

OMG.. there was only one worker who was trying to do all the orders. I ordered the 2 sandwiches for $6 ,a lemonade ,and Oreo iced capp. The sandwich biscuit kept falling apart while I was eating it. Kind of made me wonder if he even warmed the biscuit up before making the sandwiches? Just horrible..the only real treat was the Oreo iced capp.

I love Tim Horton’s coffee, but this Tim Horton’s on Alexis Rd is not the best. For the last 3 times I’ve been here, my coffee never has sugar in it!! I don’t know if they are distracted because they are taking orders, but they need to focus on one order at a time!! I called them and no one answers the phone. Today I will be stopping in after work!

Made a order through the app.. went inside restaurant about 7 min after ordering.. waited in line 20 min and still didn’t get helped. There were only 3 customers in front of me.. the staff is so disorganized it’s truly sad.. can’t get a refund because when I call the store nobody answers.. corporate really needs to take a look at this location and the managing partner should be ashamed.
