Tim Hortons used to be pretty consistent but it went kinda downhill around the time the pandemic started which I can understand but sometimes the coffee is just plain bad, things you usually get just taste like a completely different drink. Today I visited Tim Hortons for an iced capp and a muffin around 8am so it was busy. I go inside to avoid the line and there one lady in front of me and the employee helping her is a little flustered and she tells her it’s her first day. I see the new employee asking for lots of help, when I get to the register she asks for help again, not sure if it was the manager that was assisting her but she walks away from the new girl and says loudly “I’m so done with today, I’m so over it, I’m so over (new employees name)”. I understand they’re busy and everyone is tense but you’re yelling about someone literally on their first day and no one is teaching her anything which is why she keeps asking for help. Super unprofessional and messed up honestly, I hope the new girl finds a new job so she doesn’t end up in a hostile work environment.

my boyfriend and I go here almost every morning and more than half the time the food is wrong and or the service is horrible. There is one manager who is completely rude and will argue with customers. She has argued with us on multiple accounts, I’m not sure if she thinks we can’t hear her or what, but its unprofessional. The owner is also extremely disrespectful and if there is a problem he will not help, nor does he care.

Tried to place an order in the drive thru, ordered a tea, staff asked if we wanted a coffee after 3x of repeating our order she gave us the total for the tea. We told her we weren’t done ordering, she rudely asked what else do you want. We ordered timbits and she sarcastically replied are you done now? We told her we can hear her she replied yeah!?

If you like stale donuts and employees assuming they KNOW what you want, then this is the location for you, simply order a dozen donuts with specified donuts that you want in the box, receive only half of what you wanted from a man with an undersized shirt on… just to get home to realize they are stale donuts( stiff breading) and when I call to complain, guess who answers the phone? Absolutely nobody… imagine being grown adults and running a shift to this standard especially at 11am. Shame shame
