service was okay, food was okay, (they did not have the spinach egg bites, but i understand supply chain issues), coffee not so much. ordered a medium iced vanilla latte. cup was not filled, you can also see the grounds at the bottom of the cup. did not taste very good.

Employees are blunt, rude and sometimes flat out argumentative about orders. The coffee is ok it would be better if they actually mixed your creamer and sugars instead of shaking the cup… They always have an excuse for why they don’t have this or that. Differently not that famous Canadian hospitality.

The lady taking our order kept interrupting me when we were trying to order, we asked her to repeat our order back to us and she got an attitude. She said “i already told you the two things you ordered” and then gave us our total when we weren’t even finished ordering. I got my coffee and the cup wasn’t full, there were coffee grounds all in it, and it tasted terrible. Definitely won’t be coming back until they get some workers in there that are actually nice.

Mid morning stop while I waited on my next patient pickup. Girls (3) were slammed with drive up orders and I could tell they were stressed, but service was quick nonetheless. Nice dining room with comfy chairs to relax and enjoy my breakfast with sun shining in the window. I ordered #6 breakfast muffin with egg and bacon. Comes w/side of hash browns. Taters tasted funny and dry, not at all like Mickey D’s. Sandwich was ok, but I think muffin could’ve used some butter, it also just seemed dry. Owner/manager showed up and had to do a little “instructions” to the girls as they were cat-fighting a little, as I said they were stressed. I’d stop again but next.time skip the sandwich and get a fritter instead.

Normally this Tim Hortons is on top of it. But the last three times that I’ve been there the sandwiches have been cold. Come to find out that they’re toaster is over toasting the sandwiches and burning them, but they’re not letting their customers know that they’re not going to toast the sandwiches so there would be cold. Maybe getting a new toaster would be a good idea or stopping the toaster before it burns the sandwiches. I don’t know. Very disappointing though that customers are not being made aware of this.

I love breakfast sandwiches like no other…but this is the last time I give the Galion Tim Hortons a chance…the ingredients are always raw… meat should never be raw. Just once it would’ve been nice to get a decent sandwich after atleast 8 visits in a year. I always regretted going!!!
