Their blender for frozen drinks is always coincidentally broken. It’s only worked one time I’ve been here. Today, I ordered two breakfast snacker burritos, and they’re not even the size of my palm? Yet in the picture they look like a normal burrito size. And the cashiers never know what they’re doing. It takes the same guy a few minutes to even process what I asked.

This Tim Hortons is always , always give or take. Some days it’s decent, other days I honestly don’t know how it stays open. The employees are 50/50. Half of them are awesome & half of them are super rude. I personally think management has always been an issue as I’ve personally known past managers & their experiences…. I’m a regular, as I live on this side of town so I’m always going through. I feel the employers aren’t getting proper training with the food / drinks being 50/50 depending on days also. I wish this place would get it together as their the only drive thru coffee place around this area.

So you can get a large tea, an xlarge coffee, a large juice and several other drinks but you can’t purchase a large water? I mean you have large cups and your employees are drinking large waters. Yet your customers are unable to purchase one. Oh wait this all depends on who is working. This would be part of what is ridiculous. It’s literally water charge me a buck like McDonald’s.

Bought two vanilla sweet cream cold brews with only cream and no coffee! Asked the employee to add more coffee and she refused. She was extremely rude and told me this wasn’t Starbucks!! I will never go there again!

Ordered a pumpkin cold coffee triple triple, and it was white, went around and said I think there’s no coffee can we have a double double instead, we pulled to the window and he tried charging me for another coffee, I showed him the triple triple and it looked identical to the double double, he said you still have to pay for the new one, and we made it exactly the way we’re supposed too. I immediately saw red and almost threw it in his face, but I just told him have a nice day and drove away. I added a photo so everyone can see how much coffee there was…Zero

We came in at 10:30 on Saturday morning. Ordered 6 sandwiches (2 for 6) one breakfast wrap and a 6 pack doughnuts. Got the doughnuts right away that was great. Sat down and waited 32 minutes for the rest of my food. We asked about our food at the 20 minute mark and was told they were working on. After 30 minutes we asked again and was told we are slammed and we are working on it. The whole time Noone inside left or was served in the lobby. We were told that they had to serve the drive through first and that they were more important. The young lady that was making the sandwiches was showing no sense of urgency and was doing one sandwich at a time. There were even times I saw her with her hands on her hips. She even told another lady that she didn’t need any tips from grandma. Just rude. Never going back.

I ordered a medium caramel latte it tasted awful. I asked the manager if he could please add some more caramel he stated that I would have to pay extra for it. I told him no, that I would not pay for something that should have been made right the first time. He stated that there are only 3 pumps of caramel in it. Obviously you didn’t put 3 complete pumps in it. I asked for my money back. Absolutely poor customer service. Why argue with the customer .

ordered something and we didn’t get it so went back in and they informed me while we were in there that their machine was broken. but still actually paid for what we didn’t get. do not recommend this place. and the workers were rude.

The ladies at Tim Hortons make it a 5 star place to be. They even acknowledged my birthday . Love their French Vanilla Cappuccino and Glazed Donuts. Minus 1 star for not having ranch dressing anymore. In conclusion, I go here with awesome customer service in return.
