I actually work here. Been here about 2 months. And really I enjoy working there its easy work they close at 7.. I’m starting to remember the regulars we have.. I normally make sandwiches. But I do everything there I try to be in a good mood smile and greet our customers with respect.. no one wants to deal with a ride employee.. I give out customers 100 percent of my time when I am with that customer..

Today I tried their new Strawberry Coconut Refresher drink and a strawberry cheesecake muffin. (They only had chocolate chip or the strawberry cheesecake to choose from.) I found the drink too sweet, not creamy. It tasted like strawberry syrup with a milky liquid, no coconut flavor. Their muffins are always good, in my opinion. The filling in this is a thinner consistency, and it does have a cream cheese flavor. I gave four stars instead of three because I really like Tim Hortons. Others have mentioned the dry/stale donuts…I agree, it’s hit or miss to get what I was originally wanting or something fresh, and they are frequently out of things. The service and atmosphere is always nice. I would choose Tim Hortons over Starbucks any day.

Just tried to get donuts on the way to work… Worker seemed too worried about drive thru than helping me. There was limited donuts available… I asked which was specially verus regular. I was told they thought filled versus unfilled… they didn’t really know. That was all I needed to know about the location and customer service.

Horribly understaffed. Waited 15 minutes for a sandwich which they couldn’t make. Line stretching all around the building no one knows what they’re doing inside. People leaving no wonder they are doing so poorly across the nation. If I am the owner of this business I would be extremely concerned about the future viability. You are not going to survive very long.

Went through the drive thru, got a vanilla ice cap and asked for whipped topping and was charged for it but it wasn’t on the drink. Not a huge deal really, but it happens. Food I ordered was excellent and fresh. Would still recommend despite the lapse in the drink order.
