It was busy Saturday morning this morning and I ordered my food and my son’s food in the drive through. I had customers behind me getting flustered, and the speaker was not working very clearly. They asked if I had coupons I said yes and then because of the speaker I did not understand when they said, “what is it for “so I drove up to pay. They girl in the back whom I’m guessing was manager on shift refused to take my coupon because I didn’t tell the order taker at the speaker, the lady/ manager was very unkind!! The girl working the window was sweet and smiled with Im sorry face. I have had multiple unfavorable customer service experiences with the morning staff there before finally making this review.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN SIDNEY, several things here need to be addressed, such as the customer service, I was served by the very unpleasant “Ashley” not only was i the only car in line, i had to wait a bit, but good things happen to those that wait right? i ordered a everything bagel as well as 20 tidbits, 845 am this morning. she tells me that we don’t have any everything bagels (at 845am) so epic fail, to not be prepared first thing in the morning. So, i said that’s fine give me a plain bagel instead, so basically i repeated my order just to be clear ya know, so she response with ” yes that what i said ” with an attitude . Ashley, if your not happy at your job, get another, your in customer service. So either be better at it or just stop because your absolutely no good at any of it. Do better, Be better

We placed two orders on the Tim Horton app & the store couldn’t find our orders. We had the emails proving our orders and that we paid for them. We waited about 5 minutes and they they found our orders. Then they made our coffee wrong. I requested one cream in my coffee and they put two and a half creams. When trying to explain the situation the store personnel cut us off … borderline rude. This location is off of i-75, we were traveling & will not stop again! Check your order before you leave…

I’ve always loved Tim Horton’s coffee. Service has changed some since Covid has come around but I think that it’s the case for many restaurants these days. Hard to keep them staffed and trained. This has always been known for their excellent service. Hopefully it will get ironed out.

My coffee was cold as the person at the window basically threw it at me. Didn’t give me my sandwich. I had to yell back in the window to get it. It was shoved out the window to me and was also cold and half of it was missing.
