The staff and managers are great used to get sandwiches around 3 times a week then cut back to once a week and now only if I’m on my way out of town and physically am too exhausted to go anywhere else there is literally 2 paper thin slices of turkey that you cant taste and 2 slices of bacon which is fine by me for the bacon but when basically you pay 30+ dollars for 2 drinks and 4 sandwiches I guess expecting a more than 2 paper thin slices of meat that you can’t even taste on a sandwich is too much to ask….. tim hortons DO BETTER OR YOU WILL LOSE EVEN MORE BUSINESS FROM ME AND CO WORKERS AND OTHER CLIENTELE AT YOUR RESTAURANTS IN THE AREA!!!

We had a nice experience today, my kids asked the barista for cups of whipped cream to go with their donuts, and they happily gave to them when they didn’t have to. Coffee was great, service was quick, staff very nice.

Erased my order before making it . Panini press was smoking black smoke . Employees stating I’m done. Waiting to take drive thru orders until after all orders ahead are filled. Waited in the drive thru but it took so long because they were waiting to take orders that I ended up going in.

Be prepared for a wait if you use the drive-thru. This locations is always packed and backed up, but it’s worth the wait. We order a variety of menu items from Iced Caps, breakfast sandwiches, bagels, and hot chocolates. Everything we’ve gotten from this location has been excellent. They also hire very friendly staff for the drive-thru. We always greeted with a Welcome or a Hello and told to have a nice day when leaving.

Ok, so it is the only place open after midnight, and has limited menu even there. But, I will give the five stars to the one employee who served at least 20 bar closing time customers in 10 minutes as went through the drive thru. I was amazed he was alone! Give him a raise and another employee to manage it would be popular 24/7.

The wait is terrible but worth it cause I need my cappuccino to get me going. I suggest doing away with the dine in and opening up two drive-thru’s because one is not enough.
