I ordered through the the mobile app and when I got to the store the employees told me that the latte machine was not working as the maintenance person who repairs the machine had been fired. They also indicated that they could not give me a refund since I used the mobile app and the only thing they could do is give me another drink (regular coffee). The two lattes were for my family who were not with me at the store. My family did not want the coffee, but no other option was offered. I tried following up with corporate as that is what the store employees advised since the mobile app was used and corporate Tim Hortons said that someone from the local store would reach out to me. They never did and this was for an issue reported back in June.

Stopped for breakfast at the Marietta store. We typically stop on our way south for vacation. It’s always been slow, but this visit was ridiculous. Six employees and we (4 people) were the only customers. Took half an hour to get almost everything wrong. The worst part was the omelet bites. Three of us ordered them and it took 20-30 minutes to get them. All three orders were cold. The centers were nearly frozen. They were inedible. We took them back to microwave and it took ten more minutes. Then the employee set them on the pickup counter and walked away. If I hadn’t been paying close attention I wouldn’t have known they were done. If you like rude, slow, incompetent service and food not prepared properly this is your place. We won’t be stopping again.

Stopped this morning. Manager just walked out.. no greeting. Waited 15 min. Only 2 girls in the store. One said it was her first day. Neither could make food.

Staff was very friendly and quick. Unfortunately the vanilla cold brew and strawberry coconut drinks didn’t taste very good. We also got Timbits around 3pm and they tasted kind of stale. I don’t expect fresh donuts at that time of day but I don’t want 2 flavors in an assorted box that taste stale.

Great food and yummy drinks. Terrible service and highly rude staff. Can’t seem to keep the same people very long and just plain horrible. Went there today ordered promptly knew what I wanted the man taking my order scoffed and rushed me as I had a big order. He also decided to make a very known sigh when I kept continuing with my order while the others stood around when I got up to the window.
